Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

Package Your Shoes

Place your unworn BANGS in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to protect the gear during transit.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
